1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website Trading Fort Academy, downloading educational guides, submitting enrollment applications, or participating in the Trading Fort Academy Mentorship groups, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Description of Educational Programs

Trading Fort Academy offers structured coaching on technical analysis, market structure, smart money concepts (SMC), and inner circle trader (ICT) strategies. These programs are delivered through:

• Online Master Class: Virtual training sessions, webinars, and live practical breakdowns.
• Offline Master Class: Physical classroom sessions at designated study center.
• Mentorship Materials: PDFs, charts, backtested strategy guides, and direct review channels with mentors Om Konde and Shubham Lohakare.

4. Enrollment Fees & Billing

When applying for enrollment using the "Enroll Now" form, you are submitting an application. Our academic advisors will contact you to explain the program's commercial terms.

• Fee Payments: All tuition or program enrollment fees must be paid through approved official banking channels.
• Refund Policy: Unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of fee payment, tuition fees are non-refundable once the batch access, study materials, or community permissions are granted.
• Broker Guidance: We may suggest trusted brokers to assist with setting up practice accounts. We do not hold liability for any issues, transactions, or technical failures experienced with those broker platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, custom graphics, screenshots, slide sheets, video lectures, coding scripts, and trade logic structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of Trading Fort Academy.

You agree not to record, copy, reproduce, resell, republish, upload, or share our course curriculum or private community files with anyone who has not registered or paid for the course. Violating this clause will result in instant termination of course access without refund, and may invite legal prosecution under intellectual property laws.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior inside our chat communities, interactive webinar sessions, and physical centers. We do not tolerate spam, self-promotion, harassment, or financial scams. Administrators reserve the right to remove any participant violating this code of conduct from support channels immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trading Fort Academy, Shubham Lohakare, Om Konde, or any of our team members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, financial trading losses, loss of capital, mental stress, or loss of profits) resulting from the use or inability to use our educational services, materials, or website suggestions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
